Most
churches have danced with dinosaurs, if you haven’t
your day is coming. Dinosaurs are old ways. Old
ways of managing the church, publishing the newsletter,
doing ministry and even how we worship. It is not
the actual part of the ministry but the process!
Dinosaurs
manifest themselves more in attitude than in deeds.
Ever have a great idea and just sat on fearing the
pain of the of the approval process? Sure, you even
decided it was better to seek forgiveness rather
than ask permission.
The
church of the 21st century has limited amounts of
dinosaurs. They are never extinct, they raise their
ugly head just to nibble away at you soul. Most
folks think they will soon die or move on but they
seldom do. But we know how to slay them.
In
their place we built giant portals for new ideas.
Huge orifices with flashing neon signs that beckoned
new ideas, new ministries and new people. The church
soon became a permission granting church. Ideas
and ministries flourished and grew. Folks were attracted.
Ministry increased. The II Peter passage about being
priests, holy people, called of God for ministry
became a giant banner.
When
you are ready to embrace new ministry concepts,
we want to assist you. We can teach you how, coach
you through tough times and design systems for building
up the church. How about a new mindset that says
we want to be involved in ministry? And that will
come from the pew people, not just the overly committed.
All areas of the church can benefit. Staff morale
will increase as we develop easier methods for conducting
your business. Lay ministers will spread out great
opportunities. Resources will increase. New people
will be added to the church. Pastors will become
player/coaches.
Let
our coaches assist your team to ignite a new attitude
about church life in areas of Finance, Staff Morale,
Best Practices, Organizational Development and Improvement,
and Evangelism. Don’t forget when it is time
for that new sanctuary, wing or gym we can help
you with the fundraising.
If
you aren’t sure where to even start. Ask
Harry, ask him anything.
